We want you to be completely satisfied with your Octohost server. If you're not happy, we want to make it right.
New customers who launch their first server are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the initial order, provided:
To request a refund under this guarantee, open a ticket in the support portal or email [email protected] with your order number.
Renewal charges are not eligible for automatic refunds. If a renewal was charged in error (e.g. you cancelled before renewal but were still charged), contact us within 72 hours and we will investigate. Valid billing errors will be corrected promptly.
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on a billing period. When you cancel, your server remains active until the end of the current period.
Refunds will not be issued where the account has been suspended for Acceptable Use Policy violations, or where the customer has already received a refund under the satisfaction guarantee for a previous order.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
