By accessing or using Octohost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Octohost provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting for game servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may not use Octohost services to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Services are billed in advance on the selected billing cycle (weekly or monthly). You authorise us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for eligibility details.
Octohost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
